INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UPDATE UDYAM REGISTRATION FORM

UDYAM REGISTRATION NUMBER / उद्यम पंजीकरण संख्या : APPLICANT HAVE TO ENTER HIS/HER UDYAM REGISTRATION NUMBER AS MENTIONED ON UDYAM CERTIFICATE. आवेदक को उद्यम प्रमाणपत्र पर उल्लिखित अपना उद्यम पंजीकरण नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।

APPLICANT NAME / आवेदक का नाम : APPLICANTS HAVE TO ENTER HIS / HER NAME AS MENTIONED ON PAN CARD. आवेदकों को पैन कार्ड पर उल्लिखित अपना नाम दर्ज करना होगा।

MOBILE NUMBER / मोबाइल नंबर : APPLICANT HAVE TO ENTER HIS / HER INDIAN MOBILE NUMBER. DO NOT INCLUDE +91. आवेदक को अपना भारतीय मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा। +91 शामिल न करें।

EMAIL ID / ईमेल आईडी : APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER HIS / HER EMAIL ID, AS CERTIFICATE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL BE SENT TO REGISTERED ID. आवेदकों को अपना ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि प्रमाणपत्र और पावती पंजीकृत आईडी पर भेजी जाएगी।

CHOOSE THE OPTION ON WHICH YOU WANT TO RECEIVE OTP / वह विकल्प चुनें जिस पर आप ओटीपी प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं : APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO CHOOSE ONE OPTION FROM EMAIL OR MOBILE TO RECEIVE OTP. आवेदकों को ओटीपी प्राप्त करने के लिए ईमेल या मोबाइल में से एक विकल्प चुनना होगा।

UPLOAD UDYAM CERTIFICATE / उद्यम प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करें : APPLICANT HAVE TO UPLOAD THEIR UDYAM CERTIFICATE. आवेदक को अपना उद्यम प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करना होगा।

PROVIDE THE DETAILS TO BE UPDATED ON CERTIFICATE / प्रमाण पत्र पर मुद्रित किए जाने वाले विवरण प्रदान करें : APPLICANT NEED TO MENTION THE DETAILS WHICH THEY WANT TO UPDATE ON THEIR UDYAM CERTIFICATE. आवेदक को उस विवरण का उल्लेख करना होगा जिसे वे अपने उद्यम प्रमाणपत्र पर अद्यतन करना चाहते हैं।

STATE / राज्य : APPLICANT MUST ENTER THEIR CORRECT STATE INTO THE GIVEN FIELD. आवेदक को दिए गए फ़ील्ड में अपना सही राज्य दर्ज करना होगा।

SUBMIT APPLICATION : APPLICANT HAVE TO CLICK ON THE SUBMIT APPLICATION BUTTON FOR FURTHER PROCESS. आवेदक को आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए सबमिट एप्लीकेशन बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
