Cancellation Policy
We adhere to a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.
An order placed with us can only be canceled if service delivery from our end is not feasible. In cases where we are unable to deliver the service, a refund may be granted to the client after deducting internet and handling charges (approximately Rs 300/-).
Note: If service delivery is rendered impossible due to any deficiency in documents, failure to provide the OTP (One-Time Password), or any other shortcoming or non-cooperation from the client’s side, it shall not be considered a failure of service delivery on our end. In such cases, no refunds will be available as there is no lack of performance on our part.
Refund Policy
We adhere to a NO REFUND POLICY.
However, if the client requests in writing to cancel their order within 4 hours from the time of payment or before the processing of their application, whichever is earlier, our company officials will consider the merits of the case and decide upon the refund. In such cases, the refund amount shall not exceed 50% of the amount paid by the client.
It is expressly provided that if a client requests cancellation or a refund after 4 hours of making the payment or after the processing of their application, whichever is earlier, no refund claims will be entertained. The decision on refunds taken by our company shall be final and binding on the client.
